Facilitation

I can facilitate group or team sessions within an organisation or across multiple organisations.

Good for team away days, bringing multiple stakeholders together, problem solving or new product development.

Previous sessions include:

  • Unlock Your Creativity - 2 hour workshop based facilitation for 20-50 people. Introduces tools and concepts to ENERGISE a big group as part of an away day.

  • 9 tools in 90 minutes to Create New Products - fast paced skills based workshop. Introducing many, many tools to use immediately. Fun way to build KNOWLEDGE of a range of tools fast.

  • Design Thinking Boost - 3 hour workshop introducing Design Thinking process and tools to a group of 15-30. Workshop based with group work. Good for a MINDSET SHIFT for a team to try a new approach together.

    I can create bespoke sessions based on a theme for an away day or team session.

Training

I run workshop based training both online and face to face on a range of topics.

Training lasts between 3-6 weeks dependent on the learning objectives and skill focus.

The training is based on your requirements and designed to fit your schedule. Typically I introduce a topic on a Monday and then have either 121 coaching or group coaching on a Thursday to pace the group.

Previous Training has included:

  • Supporter Experience Training

  • Fundraising Excellence - covering Fundraising Strategy, Joint Planning and New Product Development.

  • Design Thinking Training

  • New Product Development Training

  • ‘Build Your Super Skills’. In this programme you choose from a ‘menu’ of modules and skill areas for your team and I run the programme to that specification. This makes it bespoke to you and means your team can also be involved in requesting their L&D needs.

Capacity Building

I can work with you over a period of time to improve ways of working or support a change in your team.

If you wish to make a big change to the way in which your team work and use multiple interventions to set your team up to succeed.

These programmes involve different approaches dependent on the change you want to make. I work with you to identify the best approach and tactics we would use to reach your desired result.

EXAMPLE: If you said ‘I want to improve Ways of Working across different teams in my Division’. I would work with you to design a programme of activity that would shift from your current to future state. This could include activities such as (but not limited to): process mapping workshops, training, coaching, group tasks, peer coaching, joint planning workshops, communications planning, change management training.
