Book a half day or full day facilitation session.

Problem solving: For sticky challenges or groups who come together infrequently. Focus on a problem and come up with a solution.

Defining Big ideas: For help defining a business idea, strategic direction, fundraising brief, new product or service. Define the idea and potential scale.

Training

Book one off or weekly training on a specific theme or topic.

Topics include: supporter experience training, design thinking training, fundraising campaign planning and execution, introduction to fundraising, project management training.

BOOST training – book one off training or pick from six topics to build your own four part training course.

Capacity Building

Talk to me about a longer term change you want to make.

We then design an approach for you to get you there and I work with your team to build their capacity in that area.

Examples include: moving to a collaborative way of working, moving to a more innovative mindset, unlocking creativity in your day to day approach.

Sarah Coutts

I help charities unlock their potential by supporting the development of their people. I work with some really amazing teams and groups of people in the third sector who want to go and do brilliant things to change the world for the better.

I support teams through facilitation, training or building the capacity of those teams to be the best version of themselves.

I am experienced in working both in house and out of house as a consultant facilitator and flex my approach dependent on the team to be supported. I’m really passionate about supporting those in the sector who want to learn and develop on a limited budget.

I have 15 years’ experience in the third sector working for a huge range of big and small charities.
