I help charities unlock their potential by supporting the development of their people. I work with some really amazing teams and groups of people in the third sector who want to go and do amazing things to change the worked for the better.
I support teams through facilitation, training or building the capacity of those teams to be the best version of themselves.
I am experienced in working both in house and out of house as a consultant facilitator and flex my approach dependent on the team to be supported. I’m really passionate about supporting those in the sector who want to learn and develop on a limited budget.
I have 15 years’ experience in the third sector working for a huge range of big and small charities.
